At Alphabet Store, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and at the best value. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 delivered anywhere within India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.

There are no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on Sundays are processed the next business day. During festive seasons or sale events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we'll notify you if this applies to your order.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote areas and smaller towns: 5–7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to weather, logistics partner issues, or public holidays are outside our control, though we'll always keep you informed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's tracking page. You can also use our Track Order page at any time. If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Our Courier Partners

We ship with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, and Blue Dart — chosen based on serviceability and reliability in your area. You don't get to choose the courier, but we always choose the one most likely to deliver on time to your pin code.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package may be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us and we'll arrange a reship. Note that re-delivery charges may apply for RTO (return to origin) situations.

P.O. Boxes and Remote Locations

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. However, some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If we cannot deliver to your address, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is something we're actively working towards. Subscribe to our newsletter on the homepage to be the first to know when it launches.
