Refund & Return Policy

We believe shopping should be risk-free. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how our return and refund process works — in plain English.

Who Can Return?
Any customer who has purchased from Alphabet Store and received a product that is:
- Defective or not working as described
- Damaged in transit (with photographic evidence)
- Significantly different from the product listing
- Simply not what you expected — within the 7-day window
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by the order ID or proof of purchase
Products that show signs of use, have been intentionally damaged, or are missing parts may not qualify for a return or may attract a partial refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been used or worn
- Consumable products that have been opened (e.g. food-related items)
- Items damaged due to improper use or negligence by the customer
- Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Visit our Contact page and select "Return or Exchange" as the topic
- Include your order ID, the reason for return, and photos of the item if relevant
- Our team will respond within 4–6 hours with next steps
- We'll arrange a pickup from your address (or guide you on self-shipping, if applicable)
Please don't send items back without contacting us first — it helps us process your return faster.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method:
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI — we'll ask for your bank details
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked. This is covered under our 10-day replacement guarantee.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a fresh order for the new one. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and you can use it toward the new purchase.
